Shiba Inu’s interest continues to grow, as evidenced by the listing on Bitpanda and the recent addition of the coin to Coinbase Pro.
According to the announcement, Vienna-based digital investment platform Bitpanda has provided support for Shiba Inu’s trading.
A trade competition was also announced for fans of “puppy memes”, the prize fund was 10,000 euros. To participate, you need to trade at least € 100 on Bitpanda, from Friday 8 October to Sunday 17 October.
At the end of the campaign, the top 3 traders with the most net SHIB buys (buys minus sells) will win:
- Winner: SHIB worth 5,000 euros;
- Second place: SHIB in the amount of EUR 3,000;
- Third place: SHIB worth 2,000 euros.
After completing a $ 170 million Series B funding round in March, Bitpanda became the first fintech unicorn in Austria.
His valuation then rose to over $ 4 billion after raising an additional $ 263 million in August.
Both funding rounds were spearheaded by New York-based venture capital firm Valar Ventures, co-founded by billionaire and former CEO and Paypal co-founder Peter Thiel.
Coin Shiba Inu began trading on Coinbase Pro in mid-September 2021. Also, the meme coin can be purchased or sold on the most popular exchanges in the world: Binance, Huobi, KuCoin, FTX, OKEx and others.
Earlier this week, the popular cryptocurrency soared more than 300%, grabbing the attention of the cryptocurrency community. However, the rally has quieted down since then.
The coin is now ranked 12th in terms of market capitalization, according to Coingecko, reaching almost 14 billion.As of November 9, 2021, Shiba Inu is trading at $ 0.00002837 per token, with a 23.1% daily gain and a staggering 270% over the past week.
